Standard terms are a deposit on order confirmation with the balance settled before shipment. Exact terms are agreed per order and stated on the quotation and proforma invoice. Payment is in USD by bank transfer.

Yes. We ship a sample before bulk production so you can confirm the finish, function and packaging. Sample cost and freight are quoted separately.
Yes. Logo application, custom packaging and instruction manuals in your language are all available. Artwork proofs are free before production.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and, where the material is specified, a material certificate. Certification reports depend on what has been arranged for that model and market — ask us for the specific SKU.
